Do you know what this bird is? 4-19-2015 spotted at Black Hill Regional

So I went to the Lake on Sunday: 4-19-2015
Beautiful Colors 
He was playing peekaboo with me  
I was quite close to him for a while
He sort of reflected the light and was more peacock looking in color than this looks
